HEART NOTES: Mastiha holds an exceptionally high vibration in this blend. Used as a bridge to the material and spiritual worlds, it’s known to help attune to higher frequencies, emanations and our own divine frequencies.

BASE NOTES: A golden resin from a Cypress species that grows in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco offers the ground to open receptivity of spirit and sight. It’s known as an ally to integrate light and dark and help uscoalesce seemingly separate parts into a greater whole of understanding.

1. Light a tablet of charcoal using a torch lighter or by holding the tablet with metal tongs over a flame. Quick-lighting charcoal needs only a few seconds to ignite. Japanese charcoal may need up to 30 seconds of exposure to the flame.) 
2. Set charcoal on the screen of a brass burner or on a small mound of sand or ash.
3. Allow ignited charcoal to stand until fully active.
   Quick-light charcoal will become fully alive in 2-3 minutes. With quick-light charcoal, allow this in a well-ventilated place or outside to let impurities to burn off.
   Japanese charcoal will become fully alive in 8-10 minutes.
4. Gently blow on the coal to see it is entirely alive.
5. Once coal is fully active, welcome the resin blend and place a small amount on top of the coal.
